100% Fully Insured Shipping: To give you complete peace of mind, all artwork shipments are fully insured at our expense for their total retail value during transit.

Studio Collections & Visits (Strictly by Prior Arrangement): Because this is a private working studio and residential space, we do not have public retail hours. However, we love welcoming collectors, friends, and acquaintances by appointment! If you are local and would prefer to collect your artwork in person or view a piece before purchasing, please reach out via email or direct message before completing your checkout. We will gladly arrange a secure, private time slot for your visit. Unscheduled or unarranged arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Dispatch Timelines & Curing Process:

Ready-to-Ship Art & Prints: Dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Original Paintings (Freshly Varnished): To ensure the archival quality and longevity of your investment, original paintings require a high-grade protective varnish coating. If a piece has been freshly varnished, it must fully cure in a dust-free environment before it can be safely wrapped and packed for transit. Please allow 10–14 business days for curing and dispatch on these items. We will keep you updated via email regarding your painting's curing timeline.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your artwork. In strict compliance with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), our return structure is detailed below:

Original Art & Fine Art Prints (Ready-Made):

You have a statutory 7-day cooling-off period from the exact day your parcel is delivered to request a return.

To initiate a return, email us within this 7-day window.

Return Shipping Costs & Insurance: You are solely responsible for booking and paying for a reputable door-to-door courier service to return the artwork safely to our admin depot. Because these are high-value goods, you must opt-in for full transit insurance on your return shipment, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier.

Condition Requirement: Refunds will only be authorized once the artwork arrives back at our depot completely undamaged, pristine, and packed securely inside its original protective packaging materials. [1]

Custom Art Commissions & Personalized Items:

Per South African legal exceptions, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks created to your unique specifications.

All bookings, deposits, and milestone payments for custom commissions are strictly non-refundable.
